Close on the heels of Pranitha Subhash and Parul Yadav, yet another Kannada actress is turning entrepreneur. Shanvi Srivastava is set to take the business world by storm with her lucrative endeavour. She is set to put her dazzling fame and modelling background to good use by venturing into a new business venture in fitness space. Given the fitness freak she is, Shanvi is currently doing ground work to set up her venture soon.
Talking about her new venture Shanvi says, “After acting, if there’s something I’ve loved, it is sports. I am an athlete too and have been a fitness freak. I do yoga every morning to ensure my skin doesn’t get affected. It also keeps me active on sets. When I sense there’s an opportunity to explore about things beyond films, I believe setting my new business in fitness would be apt and jumped right at it.”
So is she setting up a gymnasium? “I can’t reveal anything about it right now because the ground work is underway. It’s too early to comment but all I can say is that it is not a gym,” she smiles.
On the work front, the ‘Rowdy’ actress has her hands full. She’s waiting the release of two films. “In ‘Gandu Endare Gandu’, (remake of ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’) directed by Ramesh Aravind, Shanvi is paired opposite Ganesh. “I watched the Telugu version and thoroughly enjoyed it. So when I got the opportunity to be part of the Kannada version, I flagged it off pronto. ‘Saheba’, directed by Bharath is also a romantic entertainer opposite Manoranjan. I have two shades– a poor girl and the other one is a stylish. It is one of those projects that gave me a lot of satisfaction,” she states.
Meanwhile, Shanvi is also prepping up for two new projects ‘Mufti’, starring Murali and Shivarajakumar and another film opposite Rakshit Shetty.
