Superstar Mohanlal and Amala Paul are paired together for the first time in producer Milan Jaleel’s latest venture.

This is the first time that Ganesh and Bhavana are pairing up. A romantic comedy, Romeo is directed by Tamil filmmaker PC Sekhar, who also directed Nayaka which won critical-acclaim. So naturally, expectations are high from Romeo. The film is being produced by Naveen, who incidentally was the male lead of Nayaka. Romeo’s shooting and post-production are complete and the film is scheduled for release in June.

Akkineni Nagarjuna is set to achieve what no 51-year-old star actor has done so far – sport a six-pack – in Damarukam, which is scheduled for release in August. Damarukam has a strong lineup of actors, such as Anushka Shetty, Nasser, Ganesh Venkatraman, Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Brahmanandam.
