Media reports claim that the problems worrying Sivakarthikeyan have more or less been resolved.
The issue was over the allocation of dates for different films. Even while Sivakarthikeyan was working on Remo, there were announcements made that he would next be working on two other films, both of which were to be produced by R D Raja, who was already producing Remo.
In the wake of these announcements, sources say three producers, who had claimed that they had already given Sivakarthikeyan advance amounts to act in their films and were waiting for dates, lodged a complaint with the producers’ council. They claimed that actor Sivakarthikeyan, who had agreed to act in their films and had also taken an advance in this regard, was continuously acting only in films being produced by 24 AM studios.
Sivakarthikeyan’s side, in his defence, claimed that the actor had taken advance from only one producer and that he was willing to act in a film being produced by him. Neither side was willing to give in.
However, media reports now say the deadlock has been resolved.
The reports suggest that the problem was resolved after all the concerned parties met and talked it out.
According to some media reports, Sivakarthikeyan will now finish the project that he is currently working on which is being produced by R D Raja. After that, he will act in a film that is to be produced by the producer from whom he had said he had taken an advance. After completing this film, Sivakarthikeyan will next work on another film that is to be produced jointly by the other two producers who had lodged a complaint.
