Remember DSP Jayaprakash (played by Prabhu in Billa 2007) singing praises on the abrupt growth of David Billa from an ordinary person to where he is now? Precisely, Billa-2 will traverse through the early life of David, an ordinary thug from the Pearl City of Tuticorin, who rises to bring the entire mafia network under his control. 

The two titles DON and BILLA have been casting their magical spell among the masses as they involved the biggest brands: Amitabh Bachchan, Superstar Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan and Ajith Kumar.
