Vaikkkom Vijayalakshmi, whose brilliant rendition of hit numbers has caught the attention of Tamil and malayalam music buffs, is to get married next year.
Media reports claimed that the singer, who has belted several hit numbers including the hugely popular Soppanasundari from Vikram Prabhu‘s upcoming film Veera Sivaji, is to wed a musician called Santosh from Kozhikode in March next year.
According to media reports, the engagement is to take place on December 13 this year.
The singer, who is visually challenged, first impressed film music lovers with her song in the Malayalam film Celluloid. The trained carnatic musician, who is also a gifted Gayatri Veena player, has sung in over 30 films so far, delivering several hits.
